RETURNS
You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the original tags are intact and the items are in their original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@kachcollection.com with your order number and reason for the return. If necessary, we will send you a return mailing label along with additional instructions.
REFUNDS
Following receipt and inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be processed. Within 10 business days, the reimbursement will be applied to the original payment method. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
